Halloween in NYC are like no other place in the world; the atmosphere, decorations, and costumes are mind-blowing. If you are in NYC on the night of Halloween, October 31, the Village Halloween Parade is only one of many spooky options in the city. If you'll go visit some of the best-haunted houses in the city you are in for a treat. Usually, the show at the haunted houses will start around 6:00pm.
